How do I send my item in for repair and what should I expect?

Add the item to your cart and proceed through the checkout system.  Print out your receipt and send it along with your product to the following address:

Include as much detail as possible about the problematic symptoms you are seeing and what repairs are needed with your product.  This will assist us in a faster turnaround of your repair.

What to Expect

  1. Upon arrival of your product we will verify the model number and serial number to insure that what you send in is what is returned to you. We suggest you do the same before shipping to us.
  2. We will then proceed to repair, test, and return your item.
  3. If your item is not repairable, you will receive an immediate refund of your purchase price and we will send your product back to you.

How long does it take
Typical time from door to door is 8 to 10 working days. Items are repaired on a first come first serve basis.  An expedited fee is available for most products to move your order to the front of the line. We cannot promise a specific delivery date on any product. Delivery times are based on the extent of the repairs required and current back log.
